Turning a Historic Site into a Modern School Campus

Blackney Hayes transformed a former industrial site, once home to the Simpson Paper factory, into a dynamic educational campus for AIM Academy. Originally redeveloped as a corporate campus in 1999, the site found new purpose in 2010 when AIM envisioned it as a place for students with language-based learning differences to thrive. We worked closely with the school to reimage the site circulation to safely support buses, vehicles, and pedestrians.
