Blackney Hayes Architects has completed a master plan and design concepts for the site of the former Cooper Drum Property in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia. The proposed development consists of 16 new luxury town homes with garages accessible by a private drive. Each 4-story home will be approximately 2,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a deck off of the master bedroom.
