The Collins

The Collins, on the 1100th block of Chestnut Street, is a mixed-use project of multi-family housing in the original Oppenheim Collins building. The project encompasses 250,000 SF and is comprised of three floors of commercial retail, and four floors of high-end, market rate apartments with a roof level dedicated to a large amenity outdoor patio space with an extensive sustainable green roof and sweeping views of the city.
