Chatham Courts

This Georgian-style structure located in West Philadelphia had been abandoned for years. The Partnership CDC and Ingerman Group secured funds to renovate the structure as a part of the on-going rebirth of University City. The renovated units consist of 18 two-bedroom, 22 three-bedroom and 4 four-bedroom apartments. Additionally, a community room, generous common-areas, laundry facilities, and management offices were created.
