Blackney Hayes Architects was commissioned by The Friends Rehabilitation Program Inc. to design the renovation of four vacant properties into eight residential rental units and 19 new units in the Belmont section of the city. New construction unit types included single family twin homes, two family duplex units and single-family row home units.
