BHA was commissioned by Nexus Properties to design a new 48,000 SF Medical Office Building consisting of two-stories across from Kimball Medical Center. The location provided an optimum site for a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, services and amenities including physician offices, high-tech imaging, and other outpatient facilities. The challenges of the site included a high-water table and water retention locations. In addition, BHA has provided the developer with master tenant plans and BOMA calculations for tenant suites.
