Hill Top Preparatory School Library

BHA was commissioned to evaluate the existing requirements of this special needs school and develop a plan for expansion to be implemented in phases. Existing conditions of the buildings, review of space utilization and future needs were all addressed in the development of the Master Plan. The result was a plan that outlined capital improvement options over 10 years, allowing the school to capitalize on fund-raising dollars and plan priorities for capital improvement funds.

The first phase of the plan consisted of the creation of a new library. The project included a librarian’s office and a millwork circulation desk, stack space, a media/computer center, and a reading room.
