The Wharf at Rivertown

A Preservation Alliance Award Winner, the Wharf at Rivertown marks the beginning of revitalization along the Chester riverfront. The project involved the reuse of a power generating plant into a modern office park along the Delaware River. While much of the structure had to be reconfigured to accommodate corporate use, the building retained significant historic elements, creating a modern office space with the details and charms of a former era.
