The former three-century old Simpson Paper Mill was selected for conversion into a new office campus. Our approach was to interfere as little as possible with the original fabric, allowing this raw beauty to shine through. By leaving ductwork, wiring and sprinkler piping exposed, we simplified some of these systems to help the budget, while contributing to the high tech look desired by today’s companies.
