BHA designed the Baldwin Office Building, a three-story facility located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The building is an expansion of the existing site, creating new corporate office space. The Baldwin Office Building was designed to reflect the surrounding buildings, while creating an image that would attract tech companies that are more entrepreneurial than corporate driven.
