Fedigan Hall is a three story, stone building constructed in the late 1920’s. Exterior improvements including roof repair, window replacement and façade improvements addressed immediate concerns and improved the building’s future maintainability. The design challenge for this project was to modernize the interior, while preserving the building’s character and maximizing opportunities to re-use existing walls for cost efficiency. Reconfigured bedrooms and storage spaces, additional life safety measures, improved common areas, updated bathrooms and more efficient building systems make Fedigan Hall a desirable choice for on-campus living.
