Andrew O’Pella

Mr. O’Pella is a graduate of Drexel University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Engineering followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. O’Pella’s expertise includes HVAC system failures along with operational analysis, chiller and boiler plant faults and remediation and HVAC systems control integration. He has also worked extensively on the review and operational analysis of geothermal systems, their respective capacities and limitations. Mr. O’Pella also has experience in HVAC DDC (Direct Digital Control) analysis and third party integration. Through his experience, he has gained a working knowledge of the ICC Series Code Sets.

Mr. O’Pella has experience in Sprinkler System Design and Analysis, operational remediation of excessive building humidity issues and associated mold propagation, in ATC system requirements, commissioning, design, equipment selection, MEP Construction Management and building HVAC systems review.
