December 22, 2023 -- Our team attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new School District of Philadelphia’s T.M. Peirce Elementary School in North Philadelphia! Kevin Blackney gave the closing remarks during the ceremony and expressed our gratitude and appreciation to everyone that made this project a success.
The new k-5 school building is…
- the first school built for The School District in North Philly within the last 70 years!
- a 77,000 s.f., three-story building with brick, metal panel, and curtain wall systems, designed to reflect the residential scale of the neighborhood.
- a LEED Gold certified project, the second-to-highest green building rating.
- a modern facility encompassing 21st century learning environments, dedicated to serving as an anchor for its North Philly community.
