We are excited to announce the start of construction for Phase II of the NewCourtland Apartments at Saint Bartholomew. Phase II is a LIHTC-funded project that will add 48 housing units for low-income seniors and provide parking on the ground level. When Phase II is complete, the building will offer 92 units, a large community room, and an on-site PACE | LIFE Center providing on-site healthcare and social engagement. The building will be a high-performance, energy-efficient building designed to meet the requirements of EnergyStar Certification and Enterprise Green Communities with a reduced HERS rating.
