BHA was honored to attend the official groundbreaking for Girard Commons and Bucknell Square earlier this week! These two Workforce Housing projects, developed by Frankel Enterprises will bring 77 units of for-sale affordable housing to the Sharswood neighborhood. This is another step in the ongoing revitalization and renewal of the neighborhood. Bucknell Square will provide 36 3-story houses with roof decks and off-street parking. Girard Commons will provide 24 3-bedroom condominium units and 17 2-story with basement, single-family houses.
We look forward to working with Tester Construction and Basch Builders through the construction of these exciting projects!
