Blackney Hayes Architects attended the Final Beam Ceremony at Goldey-Beacom College where the final I-Beam was set into place on William A. Franta Hall on October 17. Franta Hall, a dormatory building, is a $30 million renovation and addition and is expected to be completed in time for the new school year to begin in August 2020.
