220 Rowan Boulevard is the recipient of this year’s Leading Economic Development award for its Public-Private Partnership alliance to enhance the redevelopment of downtowns, quality of life for residents and advance NJ’s overall vision for building tomorrow’s living and working communities.
Located in Glassboro, NJ, 220 Rowan Boulevard features both student and market rate apartments, 28,000 square feet of medical space and 20,000 square feet of retail spaces. This six-story, $425 million project transformed a once rundown area into a college town community that supports the connectivity between both students and residences.
The project team includes Nexus Properties, the Borough of Glassboro, Rowan University, M & T Bank and Blackney Hayes Architects.
