Refresh for Center City East

Blackney Hayes Architects created conceptual design studies for the potential development on a 31,000 SF site in center city east. The building consists of two intersecting forms, one solid and parallel to the street and a glassy jewel box set at an angle to maximize views of nearby Washington Square Park. This glassy box erodes the solid form as they intersect and presents itself to the street to create a lively lobby. The 320 FT multi-use high-rise has street level retail, a 4-story garage, and residential units above for a total of 500,000 SF.
